Broadlink Smart Motion Sensor PIR3-FC
BroadLink Smart Motion Sensor detects in-door motions and triggers devices and scenes for home automation. It also monitors unauthorized entries and alerts you on phone with notifications.
PIR3-FC needs to work with S3 Hub.
To ensure stability, the maximum connected device number of each S3 hub is limited to 8.

Long Range Detection
Fixed wall mounting with adjustable position offers reliable and flexible detection range up to 9m (29.5ft). The anti-tampering switch triggers notification if someone removed the sensor.
Smart Device Triggering
Works with all BroadLink products and products from other brands "works with IFTTT", making it ideal for automation triggers in your home.
Automates Lighting
Automatically turn on lights when you enter the room and turn off after 2 minutes when you leave. Free your hands and save energy!
Save Energy Use
Automatically turn off air conditioner (paired with smart IR hub) and heater (connected with smart plug) after 15 minutes when the room is vacant to save energy and your electricity bill.
Activates Scenes
Preset your scenes and use the sensor to trigger them by detection. ex. During 18:00-19:00, when you walk into living room, turn on TV, DVD player, amplifier and lights to enjoy entertainment mode.
Safe Power Off
Never forget to turn off your iron or other high-power appliances when you leave. The sensor detects the vacancy and cuts off power automatically to avoid damages and dangers.
Elder Care
Detects activities of elders in home from the analytics from sensors, get notified if elders are away during unexpected hours, give your parents good care even you are not with them.
Replaceable Battery
Standard battery power supply can be easily replaced. Get notified on phone when the battery is low - never forget to change battery.
Simple set up and use
- Power on the hub and make sure it is in setup mode. Then select "Add device" on BroadLink APP and follow the wizard to complete hub setup.
- Scan QR code on device in BroadLink APP and select hub to add it virtually. The device will be shown as "Unpaired" in device list.
- When prompted on APP for pairing, pull out the battery insulation sheet (for first use) or reset device and proceed pairing on APP.
